Patrick Rumley is a Financial Planner, Series 7, 63, 65, life and disability insurance licensed. He has ten years experience addressing the life and legacy financial goals of his clients. His professional experience includes almost ten years at Smith Barney (Financial Planning Specialist), preceded by almost twenty years in active civil law practice, including four years as a foreign legal consultant in Japan. Patrick offers a broad background in retirement planning, college planning, portfolio management and legacy planning.
Patrick earned a B.A. in Political Science at Oregon State, Honors College, J.D. Syracuse University College of Law and an M.S. in Economics at Kyoto University in Japan.
He is married with two daughters ages 16 and 14.
