Children to present Chains of Caring to senior leadership at Providence
Anchorage School District raising funds for The Children’s Hospital at Providence
- Chains of Caring is an annual fundraising partnership between The Anchorage School District and Providence Alaska Foundation. The program encourages students to give back to their community and supports children that are treated at The Children’s Hospital at Providence. Participating schools offer small pieces of construction paper for a donation of 25 cents each. Pieces are then linked together as one school chain. During the ceremony, the total amount raised by each school will be announced as the paper chains from all participating schools are linked together.
